NNU Faculty have voted to transition to a "7-Colleges" structure. In support of this new model, President Joel Pearsall has named seven internal Faculty as Deans for their respective departments.
NNU has been awarded a five year grant totaling $872,005, which will fund undergraduate students working on faculty-directed summer research projects. The research projects will specifically be focused in the areas of biology, chemistry, computer science, field biology and engineering.

His family will remember him for his great determination to create, develop and share the gifts and talents given to him by God and the passion to do so until the very end of his life.
